Social Media Marketing

Social Media Marketing

Social media is the closest most brands ever get to their customers. It is where casual attention turns into loyalty, where a single misstep becomes a public issue, and where your brand's culture is written every day. We build social presences that earn their place in that culture — not by shouting louder, but by making, saying, and doing things that people actually want to share.

What we do

PeopleBrand's social media work is built on the belief that social is a cultural medium, not just a media channel. We work across five core areas:
  • Social positioning and content strategy. We define what a brand actually stands for on social — what it says, what it makes, and what it refuses to do — before a single post is written.
  • Content production at scale. We produce culturally-fluent, platform-native content — from short-form video to community posts — designed for the algorithm and the audience at the same time.
  • Community management. We manage brand communities as conversations, not queues — protecting reputation, deepening loyalty, and turning followers into advocates.
  • Influencer and creator partnerships. We identify, brief, and manage influencer partnerships built on strategic fit rather than reach alone, so that borrowed credibility actually transfers to the brand.
  • Social-first campaign mechanics. We design campaign mechanics — contests, challenges, participation formats — that are built to be shared, not just seen.

Examples of our work
  • An anxious hour and a doctor's expertise can mean everything to a first-time parent. The Pampers Premium Care "Board of Experts" — a Facebook-based platform we built to connect mothers directly with pediatricians, psychologists, and gynecologists — earned Pampers a role in parenting itself, not just parenting products, and turned a diaper brand into a trusted daily companion for young families.
  • Huawei had a simple but stubborn problem in Azerbaijan: consumers struggled to pronounce the brand name. Our Facebook app used Azerbaijani folklore characters with a Chinese twist to teach correct pronunciation — reaching over 300,000 users and 10,000 active participants.
  • The Hyundai i40 was designed in Europe but manufactured in Korea — a problem in a market where "European quality" was equated with "made in Europe." Our Facebook-based demotivator contest invited people to name products originally invented in Europe but now produced elsewhere with equal or greater quality. The debate it triggered dismantled the bias — and helped lift i40 sales 33% after eleven flat months.
